The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), better known as Health Care Reform - is the law. Many of its major rules go into effect January 1, 2014.


All employers are required to notify every employee by October 1, 2013, about health insurance coverage options. This is required even if you do not provide health insurance.
